This is structured for the player who went through our Stick-lers program and/or the older player who wants to pick up a stick for the first time. The players will continue to be taught cradling, catching, throwing, shooting, and field awareness with real sticks.  Players must bring a mouth guard and their own stick. No contact is practiced and is suitable for coed skills. Fore Kicks sells starter sticks at the pro shop. Classes will run for 50 minutes each week, and will be taught by experienced lacrosse players.
