Soccer Dynamics Training Camps is a soccer player training organization, which was founded in 1983. The organization is based on the following training principles: Technique on the ball necessarily precedes all other aspects of player development; Technique on the ball is acquired through emulation of quality players and then repetitive progressions in increasingly pressurized environments; ball technique is never mastered but constantly refined; "skill" is the application of technique in circumstances of limited time and space; attacking tactics requires teaching players to successfully perceive and undertake small number combination play; and defensive tactics requires teaching players to successfully maintain pressure on the ball while collectively being aware of support and field balance.
The staff at Soccer Dynamics is selected for their ability to demonstrate ball technique, refine that technique in interesting but demanding repetitive pressurized environments and integrate the development of individual tactical perception. Each member of the staff understands the vitality of positive reinforcement in player confidence and how that confidence is directly related to player development. The Soccer Dynamics Staff is concerned with ensuring that all players in its camps or clinics elevate their self-esteem through increased confidence in ball technique, skill and tactical perception. Ultimately, all staff members strive to make soccer a lifetime pursuit for every player that they train.
